Return Policy
We at Annette Tatum fully endorse the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you have received an incorrect order or a defective product, we accept returns on unused and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping and handling.
Please email customerservice@annettetatum.com or call 310.449.1918 or toll-free 1-888-655-1359 for return authorization and detailed instructions for returning your item. After your return had been approved, our customer service team will send via email a Reason for Return form and UPS package return label to affix to your package.
Please include in the return package: all unused and unwashed items, packing slip, all original packaging, and return authorization form. We will calculate return shipping and handling based on the weight of your return package. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If your reason for return is due to a product manufacturing defect you will have the option to have your item replaced free of charge or a full refund including shipping an handling.
All returns are processed in the original payment form.
We cannot accept returns on fabric swatches, fabric yardage, furniture, paint or custom orders. After 30 days, after the reciept of your shipment, we do not accept any returns. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchnged.
Shipping Policy Standard Delivery Our products are custom-made, just for you. For this reason, they will arrive in approximately 4 weeks after placing your order. Fabric Yardage and Fabric Swatches will ship within 7 to 10 business days.
• Shipping charges are calculated automatically at the time of checkout based on the weight of your shipment • Products are shipped out of Los Angeles, California via UPS Service • UPS does not ship to PO or APO boxes, so please provide a valid street address • We will notify you immediately via email if there is a back order or other delay in the shipping process
Delivery & Processing Charges We provide standard UPS delivery service for the 48 contiguous states. California Sales Tax will be applied to all items shipped to a California address.
Rush Delivery & Processing Our products are custom-made, just for you. For this reason, a standard shipment will arrive approximately 4 weeks after placing your order. Rush production is available for $150 and your order will arrive in 7-10 business days. If you require this service please place your order as usual through our online checkout and call toll-free 1-888-655-1359 or email customerservice@annettetatum.com with your order number and we will have your order expedited.
International Shipments Annette Tatum is able to ship nearly anywhere in the world. Additional rates apply, contact us at customerservice@annettetatum.com for details.
Tracking Your Order Status Due to the custom nature of our products, many of our products ship within 4 weeks after your order is placed. When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your UPS tracking number, and a message indicating that your package has been sent.
Your tracking number is also available on your Annette Tatum account, in Order History.
Please note that if you ordered several items, they may not all ship at the same time or from the same location. If this is the case, tracking numbers will be assigned to each individual shipment and you will receive notice and tracking numbers as each package is sent.
